ORGANISER TERMS

Terms for event organisers

Last updated 4 September 2026

These terms are between the organiser and Vitalii Zharkovskyi, a sole trader trading as amatix, Central House, 407 Nether Street, Finchley Central, London N3 1QG, United Kingdom. Contact organizers@amatix.co.

Your role and event responsibilities

You are the supplier of each event you list and the buyer’s contracting party for admission and event performance. You must provide an accurate legal or trading identity and contact details, have authority to list and sell the event, and ensure descriptions, dates, locations, prices, capacity, availability, accessibility and restrictions are accurate and not misleading.

You are responsible for the event’s legality, content, performers, venue access, safety, security, staffing, age and admission decisions, permits, licences, insurance, intellectual-property and privacy rights, and regulatory compliance. You must maintain lawful event content and sufficient ticket inventory, promptly notify buyers and amatix of cancellations or material changes, and cooperate with support, regulators, disputes, refunds and chargebacks.

Payments, fees, refunds and taxes

Paid checkout is processed by Stripe. You must complete and maintain any required Stripe connected-account onboarding and provide accurate payment information. Trusted platform records determine paid amounts, fees, refunds, disputes and payout eligibility; complimentary and free tickets create no buyer revenue.

If you cancel an event or a buyer rejects a material change, you must fund the buyer’s full refund including mandatory buyer-facing fees. You also bear applicable platform commissions, Stripe or processing costs, non-returned fees, chargebacks and other organiser-caused costs. You must keep sufficient funds or reserves available. You are responsible for your taxes, registrations, invoices and legally required tax information; amatix makes no statement that it or any charge is VAT registered.

Buyer information

Use attendee information only as lawfully necessary to operate your event, manage admission, communicate essential changes and handle related requests. Keep it secure, do not disclose ticket or recovery links, and meet your responsibilities as an independent controller where applicable. amatix remains responsible for its own processing.

Platform protection and suspension

amatix may review, refuse, suspend or remove an event or organiser access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, misleading or high-risk activity; protect buyers or the platform; or comply with law. This does not transfer responsibility for the event to amatix.

Responsibility and indemnity

To the extent enforceable under the laws of England and Wales, you are responsible for losses and third-party claims caused by your breach, event, venue, content, contractors, cancellation, material change, infringement or unlawful use of personal information, and will indemnify amatix against them. This does not cover loss caused by amatix’s own breach or negligence and does not exclude fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
