REFUND POLICY

Refunds, cancellations and changes

Last updated 4 September 2026

The organiser named on the event page supplies the event. amatix provides the ticketing platform and may technically facilitate a refund through Stripe. The organiser remains responsible for event cancellation, material changes and funding refunds.

If you change your mind or cannot attend

Tickets for leisure activities on a specified date or period generally fall within the legal exception to the ordinary 14-day cancellation right. You are not automatically entitled to a refund because you change your mind, cannot attend or do not attend. Any additional cancellation, transfer or resale right is governed by the organiser policy displayed before purchase and saved with the order, together with applicable law.

If the event is cancelled

You are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid through amatix for the affected order, including every mandatory buyer-facing ticketing or service fee. The organiser must fund the refund and bears platform commissions, Stripe or other payment-processing costs, non-returned processing fees, chargebacks and cancellation-related costs allocated to it under the organiser agreement. amatix may facilitate payment through Stripe, but does not promise an automatic refund or a fixed arrival time.

If the event is postponed or materially changed

Your ticket remains valid for the replacement event. If you do not accept a material change to the date, venue, headline event or an equivalent substantial feature, you should be offered a full refund including mandatory fees, funded by the organiser. A small timetable adjustment, supporting-act change or similar non-substantial alteration is not automatically a material change.

How to request help

Use the private order link supplied with your tickets to submit an eligible request. Submission does not mean a refund has been approved or paid. If you cannot access the order, use ticket recovery or email tickets@amatix.co with your order reference. Do not send card details or a private ticket link by email.

Free registrations and statutory rights

A free registration has no payment to refund, though cancelling it may release capacity. Nothing in this policy or an organiser-specific policy removes rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer law.
